Latest figures are out! 7,009 Single Family Homes SOLD from January 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010 per the Florida Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service. Looks like 2010 Lee County real estate sales are on track to do equal sales volume or BETTER than 2009.
CONDOS are cranking! If the pace of sales continues at the current rate, we may DOUBLE the number of Condo sales for 2009 and perhaps have the best years this DECADE for Condo sales! 2,273 Condos were sold from January 1, 2010 - May 31, 2010. In 2009, a total of 3,313 condos were sold for the entire year.
